Rules for general maintenance

  1. Daily check must be carried out in order to avoid the malfunction.
  2. The loading must be less than the max payload of the truck, otherwise, it will damage all parts of the truck, shorten the lifetime of the truck, lower the braking function, or even result in some serious accident.
  3. Please check the truck at a fixed frequency according to the distance the truck had driven.
    Please check the oil and the filters for long time using. Please change parts for safe.
  4. During the checking and adjusting, please ask the service center for requirement except the simple requirement written in the maintenance book.
  5. Please avoid unnecessary idle, sharp starting, sharp accelerating and over payload, which will cause the waste of fuel and bring the bad effect on the truck.
  6. The best way of maintaining - controlling the clutch correctly.
    1. Please make sure that you have already stepped the clutch pedal before transfer the gear, otherwise, the clutch and the transmission gear would be damaged.
    2. Please do not put your foot on the clutch pedal.
    3. Please use the 1st and the 2nd gear when starting, as if you always use the half clutch, the clutch will be damaged quickly than ever before.
  7. Please make sure whether the engine can work normally.
  8. Please check the clutch and the brake system, to make sure whether they are effective.
  9. Please make sure whether the steering is free.
  10. 1000 miles maintenance
    1. The level and the specific weight the battery electrolyte liquid.
    2. Please check the ball head of the steering to know whether it need tightening or loosening.
    3. Please make sure there is nothing special on the surface of the tires.
